Appeal

Breathing in ,

Breathing out,

Stars etched to the ceiling wall,

I see your face when I lay down,

mumble your name

Not too out aloud,

Fearing theft,

I keep you to me,

Ask you to come

I want you to hug,

I want you to touch.

Is that you?

The shadows I see,

Come and confront,

Elucidate it to me.

Touch salvation

Hold my hand,

I need to feel that touch,

Feel the aroma of your presence,

The essence of your charm,

Your whole being as such.

Every inch of you,

Your body

Your soul,

Offers me my niche,

Infatuation or love,

I don’t know,

But infatuations don’t last this long

As this feeling had.

Talk to me,

Say my name,

Two minutes are not much,

Sit by my side,

Hold my hand,

I need to feel that touch.

Void

It was dark,

I can not recall that place,

Saw a smile,

On your innocently pretty face,

Our eyes locked,

But this time you called me as well,

We talked for hours,

Nothing do I remember that I could tell…

A long walk,

And then I sat by your side,

Your hand above mine,

It was just the perfect sight…

It was just you,

And it was just me,

Just our happiness,

And just our misery…

I travelled into nothingness,

That blank empty space,

Where my fantasy breathes,

That void meaningless place…

Dreams are flummoxed,

Can’t figure themselves out,

A mirror of your soul,

Just as if it’s in doubt…
